This unusual visitor dropped in for a night. He was very drowsy and unable to fly.
Our thoughts were…………..an overdose on wet grain.
A good sleep and no sight of him the following morning.
Happy flying Cocky…..watch your diet tho.
As many know, Corea Quarters has been open for business now since October, and we have been enjoying the benefits of a steady flow of Guests.
Along with guests; we have been enjoying the benefits of a wet winter and plenty off Spring sunshine. The wetlands affectionately known as “The Big Dam” are full and teaming with the local population of water birds. It’s a stunning view to take in and offers fantastic opportunities for bird watchers, photographers and artists alike. Even if your just need to take time out, the path as it winds its way around the foreshore offers peace, tranquillity and time to reflect.
Oh yeah, and before I forget …….our website www.coreaquarters.com.au is live.
So follow the links to view the accommodation on offer and stunning surrounds.
Along with our website we will continue to update our “News” site here with information and images from around the property complemented with short updates and information going out on Twitter.
With so many events and attractions in/ around Dunkeld and the District, we will also be keeping you up to date on many of these events, with information on our Accommodation Packages as they become available.
Exciting times ahead, so come along and be involved.
